Our team performed turnkey services for a multitude of projects for this client.

Provided a due diligence surveys for relocation of their US facility from an existing 80,000 SF facilities in Cupertino. The company required several surveys and reports for potential confidential locations, located in San Jose. Facilities included a combination of test labs and workspaces. Alfa Tech provided overall management, due diligence, pre-design and design services, and construction management services for the turnkey consolidation of Advantest’s facility (30% office/ 70% labs). Alfa Tech’s services include design management, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering, technology and energy solutions.

These projects included a 50k SF raised floor data center facility with supporting spaces inside existing facilities which supports 120 watts per SF gross area (6 MW total capacity), and is powered in two phases to meet to Silicon Valley power source limitations.
