If, during the course of the project, you as our client, believe that ATPD has not provided appreciable value in terms of time, money, and qualitative issues relative to the cost of our services, please notify ATPD immediately and a meeting will be scheduled to discuss a reasonable cure period to address the concern. If, in your discretion, you still believe ATPD has not provided value relative to the cost of our services, ATPD agrees to waive all or part of our fees to your satisfaction.
