Alex Ertis has over 28 years of experience in Project and Construction Management and as an Owner’s Rep for a broad range of projects.

Bill has over 23 years of experience in data center development and renovation. Bill brings expertise in management of large complex projects, innovative execution and strategic operational initiatives for several million SF of data center space throughout the US, Europe and Asia Pacific.

David has a wealth of knowledge and expertise from over 28 years in the commercial real estate industry, having managed several million SF of projects throughout his career, including program management and build-to-suit projects.

John’s expertise includes managing all facets of a project, from site feasibility, due diligence, architectural, structural, MEP and fire protection design and engineering, basis of design development through pre- construction, construction, commissioning and project turnover.

Habib has over 23 years of pre- construction, project and construction management experience with a demonstrated history of successfully managing multi-million dollar projects.
