Prior to AT-PD, David was Senior Vice President of Project and Development Services in Northern California for Cushman & Wakefield. He focused on growing the firm’s project and development service capabilities in Northern California. Prior to that, David was a senior project manager for Shore Associates, a real estate consulting firm in the Greater Bay Area, as part of the delivery team for the 1,000,000 square foot Facebook campus in Menlo Park, California. With over 25 years construction management experience, David has worked with Wells Fargo Bank, Well Point Health Networks, SAIC, Sun Microsystems, AmSouth Bank, PG&E-Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant, Charles Schwab and Project FROG. He has managed over 4 million square feet of projects throughout his career, including program management and build-to-suit projects.
