Project consisted of full demo to cold/warm shell depending on the life cycle of the equipment. The design was open floor plan, with large cafeterias and significant technology throughout the campus. Addition of second and third floor pedestrian bridges to connect each of the buildings which also played into the “village” setting in the main courtyards.
