PG&E Gas Safety Academy Winters, CA

35-acre site project designed and constructed over 5 years, which included discovery, planning, design, and construction. The scope of work included new 70,000 SF classrooms, labs, and kitchens, with an additional 30,000 SF weld training lab and new 25,000 SF transmission training facility. The project is considered the first pilot M&V implementation facility and achieved LEED Gold.
