“ David Nikoley is an excellent construction manager. I have worked with David on and off since 1998. During that time, we have built some very complex and challenging projects; from development of a computer manufacturing facility, to a multi-floor restack for an international bank, to several corporate tenant improvement projects. Each time, David demonstrated great project leadership and most of all, strong collaboration between owners, architects, and contractors. His projects are well managed and we feel comfortable tackling the toughest of projects under his leadership….”
