For over a decade, members of our team have provided services for a variety of projects for Lumentum (formerly JDSU) in the United States and internationally totaling over 640k SF. Projects have ranged from class 100 clean rooms, manufacturing facilities, and office spaces to data centers and server rooms. Gurgaon, India: The project comprised of 5,600 SF of office space in the InfoTech Centre, third floor. AlfaTech having turnkey responsibility completed the tenant improvements of this facility for the purpose of a new regional sales office. The space includes offices, huddle rooms, conference rooms, Open office area, reception, lobby, pantry, storage, mechanical rooms, and IT closet with UPS back-up. Pune, India: The project includes 6,200 SF on the sixth floor of the Rainbow IT Park. AlfaTech having turnkey responsibility completed the tenant improvements of this facility for the purpose of a new regional office. The space includes offices, huddle rooms, conference rooms, Open office area, reception, lobby, pantry, storage, mechanical rooms, and IT closet with UPS back-up.
