Recently completed full project management services for building over 490,000 SF of mission critical data center with direct evaporative cooling and N+1 block redundant electrical topologies. Multiple standby generators and over 30MW of critical load. Currently leading preconstruction and design efforts for new expansion of 5th and 6th buildings equivalent to 60mW+ of critical load and ~1,000,000 SF of data hall and mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
