Equinix Various Projects and US Locations

We provided project management services for over $630M in greenfield construction and renovations of 1.1M SF Tier III+ colocation. This included over 100 UPSs, static and rotary, 55 generators, and various HVAC topologies. Design included 25MW of total power, 18MW of critical power, parallel path designs for 5,000-ton chilled water plant utilizing pre-packaged modular chiller plant, full air side economizer air handling solution and an alternate, proprietary, refrigerant based cooling system.
