Preconstruction/ Due Diligence services for the for a Tier-3-compliant Data Center planned for 1,000 kW, in-row cooling solution, expected average PUE for this facility will be approximately 1.55. Colocation Build Turnkey - Design and construction management for $1.4 M. tenant improvement of a 5,000 SF colocation facility. Included electrical distribution and technology infrastructure to accommodate 80 cabinets. High- density deployment with design to 21 kW per rack. 1.2 MW total. Tier-3 Upgrade - Turnkey of $2.3 M upgrade of existing facility to Tier III, addition of UPS and 2.0 Mg generator to bring 5 MW to 20,000 SF data center to Tier III reliability.
