Environmental Sustainability & Sensitivity

ATPD promotes and implements industry leading workplace standards and policies that are focused on environmentally sustainable practices. Our policies stretch beyond just those that affect our regional offices and stretch to our team members that work from a home office or satellite office(s). We have found that our environmentally sustainable business practices save our company money AND our employees have embraced the culture and enjoy having a positive impact in the communities which we work and live.

USE ELECTRICITY WISELY We foster an environment in the office that carry’s over to our home offices by: • Utilization of natural daylighting strategies in all offices

USE ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY & NON-TOXIC OFFICE PRODUCTS We are committed to promoting the use of products that utilize non-toxic chemicals and help to reduce the amount of materials that go directly to the landfill: • Use 100% recycled paper

• Use of dual function photocell and motion sensors

• Use of LED fixtures

• Refillable ink cartridges in lieu of disposable pens

• Energy Star rated office equipment with sleep modes

• Non-toxic highlighters

• High Efficient HVAC equipment

• Use only certified Green Seal products.

• HVAC control systems that follow Model Energy Code standards for occupied / unoccupied conditions

CARBON FOOTPRINT REDUCTION ATPD strives to reduce the impact that each of us have on the environment by implementing strategies and policies that reduce our carbon footprint on the environment. We do so by: • Promote Work From home offices • Encourage and arrange carpooling to and from the office and jobsites • Promote use of public transportation, biking, or walking to and from the office and jobsites. • Have installed charging stations at our offices for electric vehicles • Created a paperless office work environment to include electronic presentations in lieu of printing agendas and documents for meetings • We have developed an in-house document circulation policy to reduce the printing of multiple copies • Utilization of multiple teleconferencing platforms

GREEN TEAM 3-R’S - REDUCE, REUSE AND RECYCLE “Reduce, reuse, recycle” means more than just throwing old notepaper in the blue bin. We really think about everything we use. We promote creating a home environment at the office by: • Eliminating plastic water bottles and promote use of reusable water bottles by providing filtered filling stations • Providing “real” mugs, glasses, dishes, and cutlery rather than disposables • Encourage lunches to be brought to work in reusable containers

• Provide utensil and dishwashing stations

• Encourage printing only what is necessary and only on 100% recycled paper
