AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology design services for the tenant improvement of the Class A, 5-story building office building in downtown Sunnyvale, CA. The space includes café, coffee bar, training, presentation, conference rooms, library, and open/closed offices. Technology standards were developed in partnership with URBER IT for the Low Voltage, Audiovisual and Security systems and components.
