AlfaTech provided MEP design engineering services for the tenant improvements to the 4th and 5th Floors, each 15,000 SF, for a total of 30,000 SF. Project included open office workstations, meeting rooms, break rooms, phone rooms, IT rooms and support areas. The firm also provided MEP sustainability services to facilitate certification of the project site as LEED and WELL (4th and 5th Floor).
