Sebastian is a professionally licensed mechanical engineer with extensive MEP industry design experience. His experience within the commercial sector includes office buildings, laboratory facilities, sports venues, industrial/manufacturing facilities, commercial kitchens, conference centers, theaters, data/server rooms, LEED certified buildings and others. Specialized HVAC design of complex, energy efficient, cost-effective systems from SD/DD/CD through project closeout.

Jose has over 30 years of design and construction management experience, responsible for the overall design of electrical systems of major projects from conceptual design to delivery that includes electrical and lighting systems for high tech, bio-pharmaceutical, mission critical/data center, commercial, educational, residential/retail, correctional and institutional facilities. Jose is a resourceful, analytical and detail-driven individual with capabilities in completing multiple projects with competing deadlines. He is a strong team member; able to motivate other staff members to achieve optimal results. He has reliable follow-through skills, fulfilling all administrative requirements from office management to field activities.
