Rohini is an award-winning lighting professional with more than 16 years of experience in lighting design, architecture and construction. Her background in architecture combined with her specialization in lighting and her interest in sustainability has led to designing LEED certified projects. Her commercial credits include Clif Bar, Citrix, Volkswagen Electronic Research lab, Gordon and Betty Moore foundation. She is well versed with lighting design concepts, control systems, simulations, renderings and code compliance documentation.

As a Senior Principal in AlfaTech’s Technology Division, Rich provides Project Management and Consulting Services to a wide variety of clients, specializing in the design, procurement, and implementation project management of technology and infrastructure. He has previously held IT Management and Director level positions in Data Center Design and Operations, Telecommunications, Network Architecture and IT Management.

Rich now specializes in mission critical infrastructure design, project management and strategic management consulting.
