Hamid will be involved in electrical systems planning, design of the distribution systems, equipment specifying, and will interface with all team members including other consultants to ensure that all specific project requirements are identified and met.

Mr. Arbabaraghi has over 25 years experience in the engineering and building construction industry. His project management, design, peer review and construction skills include experience in office building tenant improvement, mixed-use facilities, education, institutional, healthcare, governmental, industrial, sports complexes, science and technology. He has a strong background in mechanical systems design including heating and cooling equipment, air distribution, general and specialty ventilation, plumbing and building automation controls. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, he demonstrates his strong dedication towards clients and projects by coordinating all pre-construction meetings and attending the required periodic construction meetings to resolve any issues that may occur. Communication is very important to Mr. Arbabaraghi, which he shows when he works with the installing contractors, equipment manufacturers and test and balance companies to review and complete all the required pre- functional checklist and start-up procedures, for each piece of equipment and system, prior to the functional testing on the completed systems.

Bishara Mogannam has over 25 years of experience in transforming requirements, design and installation into a successful projects through a hands-on commissioning process. He has strong methodology, technical knowledge and facilitation skills which are demonstrated in a history of project track record.

As Principal-in-Charge Hamid is responsible for the design direction and review, ensuring client's design standards are met and optimum systems are specified.
