AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services to assist Logitech in relocating its corporate headquarters. The project consists of renovation of two 3-story buildings (7700 Gateway, Building No.8, floors one through three, and 7600 Gateway, Building No.9, floors one and two) with total square footage of 263,500 (246,500 SF of offices and conference rooms and 17,500 SF of labs). The project is being designed to LEED – Silver, CI certification.

GILEAD SCIENCES

Foster City, CA

Type: Laboratory, Office, Manufacturing, Data Center Size: 30,000 SF Site and 15,000 SF Data Center

AlfaTech provided MEP and telecommunications design for all of Gilead’s newly acquired campus, which consists of 16 buildings that include administrative and private offices, development labs, pilot plants and cGMP therapeutic manufacturing and production areas. The firm also provided MEP engineering design services for Gilead’s 35,000 SF pilot plant on the Foster City campus as part of a previous project.
