AlfaTech provided design services for this campus in China consisting of office, data center and manufacturing facilities.

The project involved a research and development campus of four buildings including three high-rise buildings and totaling into an occupied area of over 1 million SF. The facilities have conventional office spaces, server rooms, MDF rooms, and a cafeteria with full service kitchen.

CHARLES SCHWAB – LEED GOLD

San Francisco, CA and Phoenix, AZ

Type: Campus, Data Center, Retail Size: 1,750,000 SF

Charles Schwab’s ongoing partnership with AlfaTech began in 2006. Projects totaling 1.75m SF have included campuses, tech and data center evaluations, TIs, feasibility studies, computer room upgrades and retail branches, at locations across the country. The new retail branch location achieved LEED Gold certification for its sustainable features such as PV as a renewable energy source, low-flow water fixtures, and low-VOC finishes.
