This fast paced project converted an existing single story concrete tilt-up building with a new 2-story building including tier III data center space and building common, core, and office. CoreSite was recognized by Silicon Valley Power as an “Environmental Innovator” for the building’s estimated 6 million kW-hour annual energy usage reduction, achieved through the energy-efficient air temperature design.
