AlfaTech provided mechanical, plumbing engineering and fire protection services for Aruba’s new campus located in Santa Clara. The project consists tenant improvements on building C, which is 40,000 SF, building D 200,000 SF and Remote building of 20,000 SF. This project also includes a kitchen, dining area, labs and various chambers. Shell/core is considered partially warm shell and requires additional cooling and electrical distribution from the existing main equipment.
