• Participate and prepare for strategy meetings sessions with stakeholders in order to understand smart building expectations and requirements. • Develop a smart building system matrix outlining all systems that should be included in the Intelligent (SMART) Building System • Provide smart building design expertise to ensure that all required systems slated for integration will be connected to the building technology network (BTN) and communicating via an open protocol like BACnet IP. • Develop a Master Systems Integration (MSI) RFP outlining the system requirements and specifications for the provisioning of an open MSI System consisting of hardware and software components that will be either be on a dedicated on prem private network or hosted off prem in the cloud.
