Project consisted of designing the HVAC, electrical power and plumbing systems for the remodel area as well as replacement of lighting fixtures in open office area and upgrading lighting control. The project was done conforming with both Morgan Stanley and 555 California building standards.

Programming included private offices and open workstations, focus booths, teaming rooms, meeting rooms, support space, library, wellness room and restrooms.
