Each Soho Works location offers a wide range of facilities so you have everything you need for a productive day. AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design services for the tenant improvements of two floors totaling 18,000 SF. Project consists of IDF and localized server rooms, reception area, open workspace, meeting rooms, event spaces, editing bays, screening rooms, pantry area, living area and a wellness room.
