AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering and low voltage and audio-visual design services and commissioning for Uber’s original headquarters in this downtown high-rise. This project encompassed five floors and includes open office space with workstations, conference room, closed meeting spaces and micro kitchen, all gender restroom, a 6,000 sf café on the 4th floor and two kitchens (one hot and one cold) and new food storage and office in the basement.

Type: High Rise Offices Size: 247,000 SF

AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering and low voltage and audio visual design service as well as commissioning for fifteen floors in this 21- story office building in downtown San Francisco. This project included administrative office space, team rooms, work caves, breakout areas, game room, kitchenettes and conference spaces.
