Provided MEP engineering design services for this complex consisting of two new buildings. Facilities feature classrooms, specialized computer and art labs, film studio, art gallery, a divisible 120 seat stepped floor lecture / theatre facility and Faculty /Division Offices. These buildings are linked by an elevated second floor deck which overlooks an expansive arts plaza and the future performing arts site. The project was designed to be open and naturally day-lighted. Creating spaces which support informal student gathering and interaction.
