AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety engineering design services to renovate the Olympic Club Lakeside Clubhouse. The 4-floor, 30,000 SF clubhouse is an athletic club and private social club featuring a golf course and clubhouse. Clubhouse renovation included a 1,750 SF expansion and a new service elevator. Additionally, a 4,920 SF tennis clubhouse building, and 4,890 SF terrace were built standalone and independent of the main clubhouse. Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, and building management systems were designed for the renovation area.
