AlfaTech provided electrical, acoustical engineering, technology (low voltage, audio- visual, security) and architectural lighting design services for this 100,000 SF tenant improvement for Divvy. The project scope covered the first four floors of a six-story building which included offices, conference/meeting space, break rooms, and support spaces on the upper three floors. The ground floor will have an all hands meeting space, large break room/lunchroom, fitness area, interview rooms, training rooms, bike storage/repair and locker room.
