Type: Gaming

MEP Design of this new facility featuring a 75,000 SF casino floor, five dining venues, and other amenities. The project team established an integrated design process to develop performance goals for site design, envelope requirements, materials, energy use, water use and overall sustainability. The facility is located on 54 acres of reservation land – owned and operated by the Tohono O’odham Nation.

Type: Gaming, Integrated Resort Size: 1M SF

Provided full mechanical, electrical, plumbing for this new 19-story Sky Tower, 1,000 key hotel and casino with slot machines, table games, private poker lounge, retail space, 100,000 SF of meeting and convention space with seating for more than 3,000 people, multiple restaurants, movie theaters, four resort style tropical pools with cabanas, multiple entertainment complex with 20 bowling lanes, arcade, movie theater, and a new parking garage. SEMINOLE HARD ROCK HOTEL AND CAS INO*

Hollywood, FL

Type: Gaming, Integrated Resort

Provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering design for this high-rise hotel and casino featuring approximately 1,000 guestrooms with swim-up suites overlooking 18 acres of waterfalls, lazy river and multiple pools. Project includes meeting rooms, two parking garages, villas, a central energy plant. This integrated resort also includes a 42,000 SF Rock Spa & Salon, indoor retail promenade, private day club and night club.

Detroit, MI

Type: Gaming, Integrated Resort Size: 567,500 SF

This project was for the MEP Design for this 400-room hotel tower; 136,000 SF casino expansion including lounge/showroom, casino bar and upscale dining as well as a 1,200-seat event center; 12,000 SF meeting/convention space, fitness center and 3,000-car parking garage.

Las Vegas, NV

Type: Gaming, Integrated Resort

Provided full mechanical, electrical, plumbing and low voltage for the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas. Project included 4 hotel towers, 1,504 guest rooms, 12 restaurants and bars, 60,000 SF casino, 110,000 SF meeting and event space, Fitness center and spa, and an upscale 5-acre pool with several restaurants, beach club and lazy river that can accommodate up to 1,800 people.

Perth, Australia

Type: Hospitality, High rise Size: 114,000 SF

Provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering and technology services including IT, audiovisual, Acoustics and security & surveillance systems design for this new six-star luxury hotel expansion which includes a 114,000 SF, 26-story tower with 500 rooms as well as 85,000 SF on ground level including lobby, pool area, kitchen, bakery and back-of-house space, 205,883 SF on level 1 including atrium, reception area, administration, baggage, retail space, convention and meeting rooms, dining and back-of-house and 82,312 SF on Mezzanine level including spa, salon, fitness/gym area, restrooms and food and beverage.

Barangaroo, Sydney, Australia

Type: Gaming, Integrated Resort

Provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering design for this luxury 77-story high-rise hotel and casino, which is the 2nd tallest building in Australia. Programming includes 350 hotel rooms and suites, 82 Residential apartments – comprising two-, three-, four- and six-bedroom homes, two levels of swimming pools, one for the hotel and one for the residences, 3rd & 4th floor casinos and ballrooms, 14 restaurants and bars, retail outlets, and a tennis court that also functions as an event space with stage, and spa facilities.

Type: Integrated Resort Size: 2M+ SF; 1,511 rooms

This project included the ground up MEP engineering design for the award-winning, 1,511- guestrooms and suites, all-inclusive resort with 4-acre indoor garden atrium; 600,000 SF total event/convention & meeting space, including 300,000 SF net meeting space, 180,000 SF exhibition hall, five ballrooms ranging from 3,300 SF to 50,000 SF, 70 break-out meeting rooms; 80,000 SF outdoor event lawn; swimming pools; and full-service spa.
