Provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering and technology services including IT, audiovisual, Acoustics and security & surveillance systems design for this new six-star luxury hotel expansion which includes a 114,000 SF, 26-story tower with 500 rooms as well as 85,000 SF on ground level including lobby, pool area, kitchen, bakery and back-of-house space, 205,883 SF on level 1 including atrium, reception area, administration, baggage, retail space, convention and meeting rooms, dining and back-of-house and 82,312 SF on Mezzanine level including spa, salon, fitness/gym area, restrooms and food and beverage.
