Provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering design for this luxury 77-story high-rise hotel and casino, which is the 2nd tallest building in Australia. Programming includes 350 hotel rooms and suites, 82 Residential apartments – comprising two-, three-, four- and six-bedroom homes, two levels of swimming pools, one for the hotel and one for the residences, 3rd & 4th floor casinos and ballrooms, 14 restaurants and bars, retail outlets, and a tennis court that also functions as an event space with stage, and spa facilities.
