The firm provided a new central plant with chilled (200 tons) and hot water capacity to serve three new Air Handling Units. We were able to do this and preserve the building’s historical integrity. We also maintained the use of existing wall convection cabinet heaters.

The modernization to the Gardiner W. Spring Auditorium at Chaffey High School includes multiple improvements to the historic structure.
