Daniel has over 30 years of experience in the Pharm/Bio, Medical Device and Diagnostics Industries and has been directly involved with the FDA, CDC, NIH and DEA licensing of manufacturing operations. Daniel assists clients in program/project management, conceptual planning, technology development and transfer, scale-up and economic analysis. His interface with client’s engineers, product development, regulatory and quality systems personnel provide cost-effective and timely completion of projects. Dan has assisted more than 50 client companies with strategic and long-range planning efforts, due diligence, technology and operational assessments, regulatory compliance, quality system processes and project management. This includes working with client’s technical staff (Manufacturing, Marketing, QA, Regulatory) to identify needs and assess best solutions taking into account timeline and budget constraints

Terry Stelter is the Senior Principal-in-Charge of the AlfaTech Consulting Engineer’s Life Sciences business unit. He has over 20 years of experience with multi-disciplined teams for many high-profile clients in the Life Sciences industry. Terry’s Life Science experience includes projects in R&D laboratories, pharmaceutical manufacturing, commercial buildings for life sciences clients, and campus infrastructure. He is well versed in cGMP requirements and design and construction standards required for FDA compliance. He has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industries, with notable clients such as Genentech, Bayer, Johnson and Johnson, and Novartis.

Diarmuid provides strong technical expertise, leadership, problem solving strength, mentorship of the mechanical EIT’s and intermediate engineers, code compliance reviews and QA/QC of the designs. He ensures the continuous development of office standards/procedures, the latest engineering software, energy efficient MEP product research, green design research, LEED design implementation as well as energy modeling reviews. Diarmuid began his engineering career in 2004 and has a proven track record with both design-build contracting and consulting engineering from concept development through project completion.

Mark is experienced in the design and construction of commercial offices, mission critical, clean rooms, manufacturing, educational and others. He is well versed in the preparation of programming and master plans, feasibility studies, building evaluations, and coordination studies. As well as all types of lighting and electrical design including low/medium voltage power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, security and low voltage technology systems. Mark has been lead engineer on numerous LEED certified and LEED Platinum projects.
