AlfaTech is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection engineering and technology design for two existing warehouse facilities in the Philippines. The site will be redeveloped as a Tier 3 colocation data center facility. The work will include combining the two warehouses into one facility totaling 130,000 square feet. The interior fit-out will include data center, offices, and other supporting spaces. The data hall spaces will be maximized with requisite mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure spaces as required. The initial phase will consist of 8 MW IT load with a total load of 12 MW.
