Type: Performing Arts Center Size: 6,750 SF

Provided electrical, mechanical, plumbing, low voltage and fire alarm design for an addition to the existing Black Box Theater as well as alterations to the interiors at Lincoln High School. The new addition includes lobby, dressing rooms, restrooms, ticket booth, concession stand, concrete flatwork and covered walkway.

WOODSIDE PRIORY THEATER

Portola Valley, CA

Type: Performing Arts Center Size: 16,650 SF

Provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services for the new single-story, Performing Arts Center building for the Woodside Priory School. The 400-seat auditorium is used for drama plays and musicals, band performances, orchestra concerts, speakers, large meetings, and occasional social and dinner events. In addition, two support buildings for Orchestra/Choir Rehearsal and Shop are also included. This LEED Certified project features a living green roof to offset energy consumption and to blend with the natural surroundings of the school campus.
