The firm provided MEP services for this award-winning residential community for adults with autism. Sweetwater Spectrum is the first development of its kind and offers high-quality, sustainably designed, supportive housing for sixteen residents. Included in the design are four 3,250 SF homes, a community center, a gym, a teaching kitchen, a therapy pool, a greenhouse, and an orchard with a small organic farm. The project is a PG&E Zero Net Energy Pilot Project that has won multiple awards:

SYNERGY ASS ISTED- LIVING FACIL ITY

Synergy Living Inc., California commissioned AlfaTech to develop an assisted-living facility to cater to residents at 624 Laguna Street in San Francisco, CA. AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sustainable design. The facility is a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (R-2.1 Occupancy), with limited outside services, including dining and laundry facilities on the resident’s floors and a ground-level kitchen. Full ADA compliance is provided in all guest areas.
