The office space is 369,000 SF in addition to an 8,000 SF stand-alone amenity building. The project will contain a 5,000 SF roof deck. An active/passive sustainability and solar energy strategy shall be deployed. The campus will have a 4-story parking structure, circa 1,120 spaces.
