A 196,000 sqft LEED Platinum research facility designed to attract and retain faculty for the UCSD School of medicine. The building houses five levels of laboratory space and one level of vivarium space.

A 1,050 seat multi-purpose performance venue that can transform from a proscenium theater to an acoustical concert hall. Winner of 2018 Architizer A+ Jury Award - Cultural/Hall-Theater, 2017 USITT Merit Award, 2016 AIAOC Citation Award.

*CALTECH - BECHTEL RES IDENCES Pasadena, CA

*UNIVERS ITY OF CAL IFORNIA AT SAN DIEGO SCRIPPS INSTITUTE OF OCEANOGRAPHY MARINE LABORATORY La Jolla CA A 40,100 sqft LEED platinum/Labs 21 research laboratory. Composed of both wet and dry laboratories, faculty offices and meeting/teaching areas. Project included active beams with casacading pressure relationships to reduce mechanical energy and included a large PV array with energy storage. Building was subject to California Costal Commission review.

LEED Platinum (pending). 220 key student residence building. Active beams in dorm rooms and a radiant floor in the dining hall, connected to Caltech campus central plant. NetZero Energy originally had NetZero Water aspirations. Presented on project at USGBC GreenBuild.

A 12,000 seat indoor multisport arena, provided new Air Handling Units and new air distribution for the new locker rooms, concourse and VIP lounge.

*LOYOLA MARYMOUNT COLLEGE NEW SCIENCE CENTER Los Angeles, CA

Tenant improvement for a café within a new construction building on campus.

A 48,000 sqft building that houses bio-engineering research laboratories and research offices. Also includes a 100 seat auditorium. LEED Silver.

A 110,000 sqft LEED Gold/Labs 21 multi disciplinary teaching building for biology, chemistry and natural sciences. The building included a 280 seat auditorium. The building included passive radiant systems for cooling and an air tracking system for lab fume hood control.
