AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing/fire protection engineering services for this 19,000 SF tenant improvement project for Littler Mendelson on the 11th floor at 50 West San Fernando St in San Jose. The design included an extension of the existing MEP systems for private and open offices, copier stations, lunch/break room areas and conference rooms. This project also included a server room with additional 24/7 cooling.
