Culver Public market is concept born from hand-selected concepts by dynamic restaurateurs. The project is immolates a deconstructed food market, and displays original art created by local artists. Culver Public Market is a culinary and cultural experience that visitors can make your own. The project comprised of a ground up development on a 2-acre site in Culver City. Bldg. A comprises of (12) retail food service establishment units that are engineered with flexibility to cater to multiple varieties of restaurateurs. Utilities include metered gas/water/electricity, make-up air & grease exhaust, sewer & grease waste. A new parking structure with a rooftop event deck provides 200 parking stalls. Bldg. B provides additional retail FSE units and a large 20k SF food hall. The overall site contains multiple inviting outdoor seating areas.
