AlfaTech is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing/ fire protection and process engineering design services for the relocation of ASML. This new campus will accommodate 1,000 staff and will include typical office and support spaces as well as training rooms, a fitness center, a 12,000 SF café with onsite food preparation, a data center, 50,000 SF of lab space including 6,000 SF of Class 1000 clean rooms 24,000 of class 10,000 clean rooms and 20,000 sf of general lab space. The clean room space will house 12-15 large pieces of metrology inspection equipment related to semiconductor wafer fabrication. The equipment is used for training, prototyping and software development. The data center will house 40-45 racks of high- performance computing servers with each of the metrology inspection units.
