AlfaTech provided MEP and Technology design engineering services for this high- rise office TI project. Phase 1 of included the 14th floor for a total of 18,544 SF of open office workstations, meeting rooms, conferences, IT rooms and support areas. Phase 2 encompassed floors 4 through 11 and the 15th floor for a total of 182,156 SF. The space including open office workstations, meeting rooms, conferences, IT rooms and support areas. Technology design services consisted of the 5th floor for a total of 20,000 SF of tenant improvements.

Type : High-Rise Office Building Size : 520,000 SF

AlfaTech provided MEP and Technology design engineering services for this high- rise building in center of the city. AlfaTech provided full design services for site and shell/core, which included central chiller plant and 12kv high voltage power distribution.
