Related, a renowned and prolific real estate development firms, partnered with the City of Santa Clara to create a LEED-certified, mixed-use destination adjacent to Levi’s Stadium. AlfaTech provided MEP, fire protection, and technology services for this tenant improvement project for Related’s local marketing office which overlooks the new development site. The contemporary space is designed to be impactful for potential tenants, with high ceilings, exposed spiral ductwork and eye-catching features.
