The facility consists of two stories, 54,250 SF which houses a 41,800 SF data center white space with an outdoor electrical equipment yard on the east side of the building. The facility uses direct exchange cooling unit Liebert DSE equipment, with Liebert DSE condensing equipment located on the roof. The equipment yard comprises five 2,000 kW diesel generators, pad mounted switchgear and pad mounted transformers.

The building is designed for 24” raised access floors throughout the data center suites.
