The firm performed engineering design services for the remodel of an existing three TR rooms as part of the medical office building HealthConnect IT closets upgrades. The project consists of design of interior lighting and associated controls in existing TR rooms.

The firm performed electrical engineering design services to replace existing equipment. For the Gas Sterilizers, AlfaTech replaced existing ETO, ABTOC, and 20” steam sterilizer with two gas sterilizers and provided two new chemical sterilizers. For the washer/decontaminators the firm replaced two existing decontaminators with two new washer/decontaminator units. The project involved demolition of existing power services and installation of new power services to accommodate the new equipment.

The firm performed engineering design services for the conversion of a new leased spec office building into a fully functioning 120,000 SF medical office building with exam rooms, patient rooms, doctor’s offices, and one floor of conferencing center.

AlfaTech provided MEP engineering for the expansion of the Inpatient Pharmacy and Discharge Patient Pharmacy at Santa Teresa Hospital. The goal of the project was to construct the expanded pharmacies in spaces presently designated for other uses. The design incorporated phasing to facilitate moving the discharge patient pharmacy into the inpatient pharmacy in an interim configuration, prior to the final build out of the discharge patient pharmacy.

The firm performed engineering mechanical and electrical design services for this new 2-story medical office building.

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for the renovation of a 350,000 SF warehouse into a pharmaceutical distribution facility. Our design included cold storage with humidity control, narcotics storage, and server rooms.
