AlfaTech is providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering and lighting design for the tenant improvements for 194,850 SF office for LinkedIn in Sunnyvale. Programming for the space includes first floor amenities such as 24,350 SF server, fitness center, tech talk/all-hands space and other public spaces. Two new IDF rooms in basement levels 1 and 2, and12 new Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EVCS). Upper three floors will include typical office space for headcount of approximately 900, one breakroom per floor, new unisex restrooms, new guardrail at 2- story space, new janitors’ closets and mother’s rooms.

Project is pursuing LEED Gold to LEED Platinum certification.
