AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection engineering, architectural lighting, and acoustic design for the tenant improvements to LinkedIn 113,000 SF South Bay office at 445 N Mary. The project included an open office, conference rooms, indoor and outdoor gym/fitness areas including locker rooms, game lounge, café area, bike storage, building management system, and ‘Smart Building’ technology. AlfaTech also provided LEED Energy Modeling, CALGreen Advisory, Title 24 Energy Modeling, and performance calculations.
