AlfaTech provided full due diligence, MEP engineering and lighting design as well as LEED administration for the full renovation of floors 36, 40 and 42 as well as partial renovation of floor 41 at One Market, total of 54,648 SF. The scope of work included private and commercial bank, trading room, client center, general office, conference center and amenities, lounge areas, and IDF/MDF computer rooms.

This project will pursue LEED Gold certification.
