As a Senior Principal in AlfaTech’s Technology Division, Rich provides Project Management and Consulting Services to a wide variety of clients, specializing in the design, procurement, and implementation project management of technology and infrastructure. He has previously held IT Management and Director level positions in Data Center Design and Operations, Telecommun- ications, Network Architecture and IT Management. Bill is a Project Controls and Construction Manager with the firm. He is a dynamic senior leader with proven track record in operations, management, and development. He has over 23 years of experience in data center development and renovation. Bill brings expertise in management of large complex projects, innovative execution and strategic operational initiatives for several million SF of data center space throughout the US, Europe and Asia Pacific.

As a President of Design for AlfaTech, Tim brings expertise in project management, consulting engineering and construction administration to the projects leads. His breadth of experience has provided exposure to a myriad of engineering challenges.

Jeff has over 25 years of experience in the engineering design, development, and execution of projects totaling over $13 billion worldwide.
