Ricky has over 18 years of experience in Cost Management, with project experience spanning science, research, laboratory, social housing, commercial, healthcare and industrial sectors. Ricky has delivered projects using single and two- stage traditional and design and build procurement arrangements. He has extensive experience of cost auditing, validation of actual cost and interrogating contractor purchase ledger and accounting systems.
